I don’t feel the slightest twinge of sympathy for adults who weaponize their unhealed trauma as an excuse to mistreat others. If you're too fragile to handle even the gentlest critique without lashing out like a child in a tantrum, that’s not anyone else's burden to carry—it’s yours. You can throw all the tantrums, passive aggression, and emotional paint splatters you like, but at the end of the day, you still have to sit in the cold, echoing silence of your own bitter, vengeful soul.
That, in itself, is punishment enough.
So do everyone a favor—keep your unwashed, unhealed hands off people. Go to therapy. Heal. Or don’t. But know this: no amount of lashing out will ever make your inner chaos someone else’s fault.
