Today on my way home; two incidents reminded me that: 1) Mas handa ka kapag hindi ka handa (Ewan pano pa english ng thought na yan) 2) We all have that "Jonah and the whale" moment. Refer to Book of Jonah. As I manage the Victory Group, it had taught me well, as I can see that I've grown more as I proved my self in tight situations just as today. On my way home, I encountered a Badjao Lupa(Nomad) Kid, he asked for something that's inside my plastic bag *Assuming he'll get something what he's expecting hahaha* unfortunately, Im on a tight budget and I only bought natural flavor enhancers like Onions and Tomatoes. Since you can't eat Onions out right, I gave him a piece of Tomato. After I gave it to him, that's the only time I had the opportunity to glace at his face. He look so worn-out, Sleepless eyes, famished expression, definitely someone who you can call "nasa kalye". He was grumbling that I gave him tomato then I showed what's inside my bag huhuhuhuh gipit rin si acoue~~ and he scampered away, not even thankful for what he got. Then here comes the batang hamogs(street children) "Kyahh pembarya! Pahinging pera!" as if they were on a bank robbery training. I told her, "Kamatis?" *seen zoned* Sigh, it made me reflect that at some point, I am more like these kids. I want God to give me my kind of food not knowing He knows better, I ask God for riches that I don't really need yet he actually gave it to me since birth. It really feels so blessed to serve and disciple. Para kang nasa RPG Game, 1st wooden sword to one day shiny weapons/ armor. The more you experience God, the more you grow and one day, pag tatawanana mo nalang yung monsters na nagpapakaba sayo along with the people you tank para lumevel up rin. Lord sorry sa short sightedness, but I believe you put us in this life group for a purpose. I'll try my best to be more sensitive to your presence, will harness my ears to hear your voice. I'll just put my trust in you and let you pour all provisions for this journey. (at Pasay City, Philippines)
