I still have a lot of issues around this scene/episode, but the happiness in their kisses apart from the surrounding narrative is just glorious to me.  This is kind of how I picture them kissing when they are settled in the future: flirty, smiley, happily, eagerly, readily, comfortably, hungrily, easily.  These are - or at least could be - the kisses of two boys who know what they want, and what they want is each other, not just in this moment but always.  These are the kisses of laughing as they get tangled up pulling off each other’s clothes in their eagerness and then lying in bed later on, their fingers twined together on Blaine’s bare stomach, and talking about their plans for the weekend and debating about whose turn it is to do the dishes and whether they can really afford to have that string quartet at the wedding when they all know Glee Club alums will sing them down the aisle for free.
