Lost In The Mood

I'm not happy where I'm at right now. Selling cars is absolutely fantastic when you're selling cars and making gross. But when you're spending 70 hours a week at the dealership and making no money it's awful. You work 9-8 and you just sit there, and rely on others to make your money. Yeah I've afforded to build a Lexus. Yeah I have a grand sitting in my bank account. But I have no life...my friends see I'm getting more and more upset with life. I feel bad cause my bad attitude sometimes affects my relationship with my girlfriend. And all I wanna do is make her happy. When I first started I was told this job could either be the worst 30k dollars you make in a year, or it could be the best 80k you made in a year. I'm leaning towards the worst. People don't understand that you can't afford a $40,000 vehicle for $400 a month. Average term is 72 months...you take 400x72= $28,800 how in the world is that going to work. I miss having a life, I miss hanging with friends, I miss being able to go to whatever car show I wanted to. I believe that I was put on this earth to build custom cars, and I believe that. I hate my town and where I live...I believe I'm supposed to be with my girlfriend in Pensacola and that's where I'm going. I've lived in Georgia for 21 years and that's long enough...I'm ready to get out of here and experience the fun of life. I don't know how long I can continue being here watching other salesman make $10,000 a month and I'm struggling to make $2,000... Life isn't about money. I'd rather be happy making no money, and enjoying life. Rather than making all the money and hating where I'm at.
