Currently doing my cardio for the day before I have class. Like macros, the amount of cardio you will need to do in a cut is dependent on your metabolism, current intake, and current expenditure. You should go into any program gradually. If you are expected to jump into 45 mins of cardio daily after never doing cardio .. be wary. You wouldn’t drastically cut calories by half, why would you automatically double the cardio you’re doing right off the bat? #thingstoconsider
