I had an excellent workout today I made it kind of intense just to challenge myself I worked on my abs, butt, and legs and of course yes I'm supper tired but I have to make dinner 🍴. If you're really serious about loosing weight stay strong and stick with it don't give up. Love Dasha 💜👑👙💍

I had an awesome workout today I feel great I have a little bit of a headache ( started before workout ) but that’s okay I’ll be fine , especially in spring and summer time 👙🌴😛

I’m really starting to feel amazing I used to feel sluggish and didn’t know what to do with myself but working out 🏋 is helping it also relieves allot of stress I strongly encourage that you and everyone you know start to work out more if you haven’t already started

It's okay to have a cheat day every once in a while just not every day 😥😂 Still try to be healthy on your cheat day you don't wanna go out and eat 5 burgers and then you feel sick and gain that weight back , not sexy 🙅🏽 not sexy at all, Love Dasha ❤️😍

60 buttlifts 🍑 60 sqwats🎂 60 crunches 🏋🏽‍♀️ 19 min on the treadmill 🏃🏽‍♀️ 60 leg lifts 🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ I can't wait until I start to see results that's going to be the most amazing thing ever knowing that all the work I put in paid off 😘💍👏🏽👙🌴

I feel like I'm getting the hang of the consistent work out plan. I'm going to continue to work out three days a week so that I can achieve the goal I want to achieve before may. Summer body in the making 😘👙🌴🌸
