today i’ve decided to do a wieiad
i usually plan my food intake for everyday the night before so this is what i’m having today:
-watermelon for breakfast at 10:34am (i’m eating it rn)
-half of a light cream cheese bagel 2:00pm
-orange as a snack (ONLY if i can’t help myself and feel like binging)
-dinner will be the other half of the light cream cheese bagel at 6pm
-i might go out to get a vape so if i do i’ll buy a diet coke because i have really bad anxiety and it gives me something to hold and fidget with
