So many people wanted to see them kiss (and so did I) that I went ahead and continued this. <3  Merry Christmas, indeed.

It makes me feel very flattered, humbled, and grateful.  I got really obsessed with this fandom during an awful depressive episode and it really helped me through it.  It makes me really happy if my artwork has touched and helped other people, too.  I’ve met a lot of really amazing people through it, too!  I hope you keep enjoying it as much as I enjoy drawing it. <3

Merry Christmas everyone

It makes sense to me that Brick’s speech pattern could be the result of a traumatic brain injury (specifically, aphasia).  Being a tank-type, she’s probably thrown into very violent situations more than the average Super. I also loved the idea of her slow speech being a perfect foil for Voyd’s excitable rapid-fire chatter, and how using ASL would turn the tables and have Voyd be more slow and careful while Brick can speak more eloquently.

the she-ra reboot makes this video relevant again which means we are in the best timeline
