The rain was pouring down that Saturday night as if it were coming from an enormous showerhead directly above Baton Rouge. The date was February 14, 2015 and I was ready for Valentine’s Day to be over. Yet again, I didn’t have a boyfriend or even someone to fake it with for some V-Day dick; therefore, I was over it. Still recovering from a cold, I was feeling good enough to try out a new anal toy I’d purchased from Amazon. My dinner consisted of a fruit salad with a caramel drizzle and water, so douching was a breeze. It was a quarter to eleven and I was all set for some vibrating action when there was a knock at my bedroom door. I put on my robe and opened the door to see my roommate Brendon standing there.
“Taye, please tell me you have some lube,” he said while barging into my room.
“Hold up,” I snapped. “How are you just gonna roll up in my room like that? What if I would’ve had somebody up in here?”
He looked around and smirked as he said, “You don’t. Anyway, I need lube. Greg got a hotel suite for us and told his wife he’s out of town for the weekend. He can’t use his debit card because his wife monitors the account and he spent the little cash he had in his wallet on the suite. You know I’m broke as fuck until my next paycheck.”
“You better be glad I have extra.” I went over to my nightstand and grabbed one of my bottles of naturally scented edible lubricant. I handed it to him and suggested, “You shouldn’t be sleeping with some woman’s husband.”
“Bitch please, you’ve seen him on Facebook. That man is the epitome of fine.”
“He is but I’d feel guilty as fuck. I don’t see how you do it.”
“Taye, the man is more into fem bitches like me than he is into his wife. He likes to suck dick and fuck an asshole.” He noticed the way I was looking and shook his head before asking, “So, you’d never give a brotha in need some ass if he’s married or in a serious relationship?”
“Okay, but what about a guy who was with someone you knew? Would you fuck around with one our friends’ exes? Hell, would you fuck around with one of mine?”
