stormageddon: dark lord of all

so i have to send in my computer for repair.  i will always be on mobile skype and i will reply to what i can but no gifs or reply as text for awhile.  this suuuuucks

This conversation was starting to become worrisome. “And why would you want to do something like that? Isn’t there some other use for it?” Some use that didn’t involve a probably painful death, Simon hoped.

Alfie nodded.  ''I was hoping to experiment with tuning it to specific tumors and make it a painless, much more efficient cancer treatment.  But SHIELD took it and I'm worried, so I want to see if I can be allowed in and defend what I can because it's dangerous.''  He scrubbed his face a little.  ''I doubt they're trying to cure cancer.''

"Actually, most of the weapons I’ve seen stun. Though, if I take what you’re saying, I suppose they were tuned to—" Wide-eyed, Simon cut himself off and scratched at his ear. "I mean…" He fell silent, not sure how to backpedal from his statement.

He shook his head.  ''No, no, no, you are right.  Most of the tech we have right now stuns.  But I made a discovery that means it's a hell of a lot easier to tune these things to human molecules.''

"I don’t understand what glass has anything to do with it. But what do you mean a circle? As in go forward enough, you just end up at the beginning again or…" He wasn’t exactly sure what other kinds of circles there are. "Because that sounds a lot like ‘this has happened before, and will happen again’ and I’m pretty sure this is neither happening again nor will be repeated."

''Glass is a mere example of the power of sound.  Sonic technology, if made right and tuned to the right frequency, could have a lot of use.  But it could be a weapon too.  Hence why I want to see if I can get into whatever they have decided to research using my findings.''  He frowned.  

"Because I don’t have the contacts for that." Simon was being a little too serious. "Besides, my doctorate is in medicine, not physics. I probably won’t understand a word, but I’d still like to hear it."

''I am simply teasing.''  He laughed, smiling a bit.  ''Did you know sound can be incredibly destructive?  Glass actually can shatter if one is able to get the right tone and frequency.  The same principle can be used on all kinds of molecules, with the right amount of power and frequency.  As for Time Travel, I found  out things about time and how it exists.  It's not in a straight line like we have thought it was.  It's in a circle.''

"Quantum physics and time travel?" That certainly changed how interested he was in hearing about this man’s work. "I can’t particularly speak for their intentions… But what exactly did you discover?" He tried to sound disinterested.

He crossed his arms, looking a bit amused.  ''And how do I know you won't just sell my discovery to the highest bidder?''  He was being a little facetious.
