I want to look down at your warm smile,
Face lit by the cool glow of the screen,
Brush my fingertips along your cheeks.
A soft sigh passes your lips, leaning into my touch.
I run my fingers through your hair,
Caress the strands and step back,
The most gentle of jawline traces.
You blink and smile and sigh again, turning back to the game.

Go into your settings, click on your blog name, scroll down and enable "prevent third-party sharing". I'm gonna be honest, I question how much/if this even prevents any AI bullshit, but do it just in case anyway.
Edit: On Mobile it's the Settings Gear, Visibility, Prevent third-party sharing.
You have to turn that on for all your blogs separately.

Second week in my Hobonichi Weeks 2024. It was a challenge to draw the Christmas ornaments and make them look shiny, but I think I did not bad.
Btw if I say things like “by god” or “good lord” in posts please be aware I don’t mean it in a catholic way I mean it in a 1950s scientist reacting in horror after they create an evil creature in the lab set in the distant future year of 2005
Needed a flannel petticoat for some proper Shopping in around 20° (-3°c) weather under my skirts. Saw a historical costumer on youTube with a petticoat that had a flat front, that was only shaped with darts, and a full back that was created with a drawstring. I had to make something similar.
Story time.
So I had been following a historical costuming Facebook page for a year or do before I made this. There was a project prompt for reusing materials, which is what prompted my making of this skirt (even though it had been on my mind forever).
Before posting my images to the group I read and REREAD the rules again, making sure I followed everything exactly to specifications and that I wasn't missing anything crucial that I had to do before posting. And then I posted.
Only to get a message several days later from one of the admins telling me that I had somehow broken the rules, did not elaborate other than I posted TWO images and I could only post ONE (even though there was no rule about only posting one and others were posting multiple images???) And they were deleting my second image.
I just deleted my post entirely and unfollowed the group.
When historical youTubers talk about shitty historical groups, this is what they mean. This was the only group I have ever followed since they didn't seem to allow conservative BS (like how we need to actually LIVE historically, if you know what I mean omg, and yes it did pop up in comments from time to time).
I am very picky about the media I consume for a very specific reason. I only follow content creators that are queer friendly, if not actually queer themselves. Because they have a habit of not pulling crap like this. Obviously this group was very cliquey and I didn't realize it until I attempted to post. Then I hit a wall.
Walls should have gates, otherwise you'll have no one to trade ideas with.
Will I ever fill all my notebooks? No.
Will I ever stop buying more? Also no.

My apologies for extended absence. Life. You know. But my job has led me to actually deal with and price used books and decide what becomes available, what is unfortunately too battered, what is dangerous and what jewels are to be placed in display.
I am become God.
And along those lines I have also begun construction on a haunted dollhouse, which I should post photos of.
Dark academia deity is a thing, right? If not it should be.
