Day 4: Break yesterday so my body no longer feels like a big bruise. This day I tried and failed, I’ve never been able to hold a plank so this was just painful
Tuesday morning workout, 3 sets of this, plus adding 40 pushups to the start of each set.
Here we go with my Wednesday workout. 8 pushups for each to get a total of 120 for the morning.
NZDM: Day 11
Kept it simple by following another Darebee set for today. A few different ab moves that I have never tried before and I’m sure I looked a bit ridiculous doing the knee crunches. All in all, a good workout for the day.

Wasn’t able to run today so I settled for starting the Darebee Ironborn workout program. I’ve been planning on adding weights back into my routine after my back finally got better. This program can be done with just dumbbells and I have decided to start out with 15 lbs for now.
This wasn’t too difficult, the only challenge was just double checking to make sure I doing the moves properly.

Feel like I’ve really slacked for the holidays and that’s okay. I’ll be okay, I’ll get back on track and even without working out, I refuse to give up on trying to improve self love.
