I was playing around with my fallen humans after listening to Man On the Internet’s “Your Best Nightmare” piece. It especially fit Justice (who will unfortunately be the last to show).

The latest album is FALLEN and it’s massive, it’s got like NINETY TRACKS ON IT YOU GUYS. So here’s a rundown of the ones that really jumped out to me and why, haha. You can listen to the whole album on Loudr, it should be linked on each album’s page, or on Bandcamp.

Home is a really beautiful, sort of 80s sounding ballad with some nice lyrics and vocals, it sets the tone for the album really well.

Inner Monologue of a Bird Waiting on the Edge is funny and it’s neat to see remixes for that theme, it doesn’t get too much attention, haha.

Another Medium / CORE is one of my favorites, I never would have expected to hear this theme in such a minimalistic style! It’s very Philip Glass, which to me is a huge plus cause I love his music, haha. If you’re not into that it may be harder to get into, but I still think it’s really cool. It actually reminds me of another remix I really love in a similiar repetitive style, Animal Counterpoint by prophetik, originally from Link’s Awakening.

Uwa!! So Mettaton! is a thoughtful piano take on the goofy opera theme, a really interesting interpretation of the song.

The Last Soul is a tragically haunting version of Asgore’s theme, agh ;_;

Heartburn’s Toriel voiceover is also heartbreaking, waa

Garbage Dump Stomp is a really fun ska take on all the ghost themes, it fits them perfectly.

Here We Are is neat, I so rarely ever see people take this one on. :o I always found the original very haunting, haha.

Asgore (Symphonic Metal) has so much power to it, aaaa

Your Best Nightmare is INTENSE. I love the glitchy effects and all he weird things going on during the break parts.

Memories has a really pretty cinematic feel to it. I can see sort of a Ghibli-esque intro with this music playing in the background.

NGAHHH!! is a sort of mellower Celtic take on Undyne’s theme, you don’t usually hear slower versions of her theme, outside of Waterfall itself anyway.

Alphys I just LOVE EVERY VERSION OF ALPHYS’S THEME AAAAA

Undertale by the Triforce Quartet has some amazing string work.

Once Upon a Gorey Snow has such haunting vocals, it really brings out the tragedy of the situation.

A Dreemurr’s Return is a really emotive piano version of His Theme.

Uwa! Mega Temperate is an upbeat version of the Uwa theme, but it’s mostly notable to me because bLiNd did it, who I know from OCR, haha. |D

Dating Medley is a lot of fun, the dating themes remind me so much of Ace Attorney music.

Tem Shop Bluz I ALSO LOVE EVERY TEM THEME and I love the exasperation in the Temmie’s voice as they assess each item and when they really want the stick, haha.

Dogsong (Annoying Mix) is all that it promises to be, haha.

Snowdin Town totally sounds like it could be in an animated movie.

Memory has this really interesting twangy guitar in it.

Temcappella MORE TEMMIE REMIXES, MORE I LOVE THEM and it matches the original so well, haha

Child of the Light (Asgore’s Heartache) has a sort of Nightwish feel to it, a rock ballad with soaring vocals and some really sad lyrics which I wish were written down somewhere.

Another Medium by AHMusic has a great sax in it, aaaa

Death Report! is the first remix I’ve heard of the news theme I think :O

It’s Raining Somewhere Else is a really beautiful take on it aaaa

Undertale by insaneintherain is also really good, their stuff is always so solid.

MEGALOVANIA (Violin Metal) is likewise by a great mixer, String Player Gamer, totally worth checking out.

True Determination is another cinematic cover of a few different themes, and the game over theme is one of my favorites from the game and aaa it builds so beautifully. ;_;

Lullaby for the Fallen Child shifts gears halfway through in a perfectly eerie way, wow. It has some haunting lyrics but I’m not entirely clear on who’s speaking at points.

Premonition of a Flower is SO CREEPY OMG

[REDACTED] might be my favorite mix off this whole album it’s SO PERFECT YOU GUYS. The whole concept behind this is brilliant - Philip Glass-esque choral chanting (a la Einstein on the Beach) of the wingdings is inspired and the way the Follower quotes are worked in is perfect and all the little flourishes and weird ditties from the sound test and even the little disappearing noise is in here and I JUST LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IT’S SO GOOD

Rundyne is a great combo of the chase music and Undyne’s theme.

Undertale (A Cappella) I just love acappella stuff, don’t mind me.

ASGORE by Ro Panuganti has a really interesting take on it at the beginning, then settles into some nice high energy metal.

So I am obsessed with @manontheinternet​ ‘s Undertale the Musical. It is very much like a perfectly baked, moist cupcake with cream cheese frosting and cat-shaped sprinkles. ((that means that i love it a lot btw)) The voice talents are amazing, the lyrics are fantastic, and the people who work on it are super great!

Either way, because I have an incredible amount of free time (when my teachers don’t decide to overload me with work on the same week), I wanted to draw all the actors with their respected characters. Some of the actors won’t show their face, but that’s cool. I’ll improvise. =) I’m starting at my favorite character and going down the list. The VA for Papyrus ( @askpapyrusvoice​ ) is @darbycupit​.
