Delaney: Cars in general. Surprisingly, he didn't like the movies all that much.

Delaney: Dante, you know everything is going to be okay and I'm only a phone call away. I miss you, too, so much.

Dante: Perfect, b/c they're ridiculous, hah

Dante: I know, but it's not something I can help. Only feel.

Delaney: I never tease you.

Delaney: Cars. He wants all things cars. You'll never lose favorite uncle status, though, so I don't think you'll have to worry.

Delaney: Really?

Dante: If by never, you mean always, sure.

Dante: As in any Cars? Or the movie?

Dante: Yes.

Delaney: You wouldn't have to?

Delaney: It's warm, so pack shorts and t-shirts. Maybe a light jacket because it gets cool at night.

Dante: Now you're just teasing me.

Dante: Alright, I'll pack light. What's Benny into collecting these days? I wanna bring something with me to maintain favorite uncle status.

Delaney: Oh? I'm sorry to hear that.

Delaney: I'm really serious about it. You can stay for a weekend, or a week, or however long you'd like.

Dante: Don't tempt me. I might not ever leave.

Delaney: He didn't hurt me, Dante. There was too much happening and I just don't feel the same way about him anymore.

Delaney: I'm alright. My bed's a little lonely, but Benny makes up for that some nights.

Dante: hm. I get that. Sometimes I feel like Faye and I are going in totally different directions.

Dante: Good. I'm glad one of use can keep you warm at night.

Delaney: No catch.

Delaney: Send me one and I'm buying you a plane ticket to come see me and Benny.

Delaney: Did I tell you Jose moved out?

Dante: Ah.

Dante: You ok about it?

Delaney: Really.

Delaney: I'm not refusing to see you.

Delaney: Send me one and I'll decide when I'm going to come visit.

Dante: You are, but it's ok. I'm a big boy, I can handle it.

Delaney: Dante.

Delaney: Yeah, well, I wouldn't doubt that. Why did you never send them?

Dante: For the same reason you refuse to see me.

Dante: But they help.

Delaney: I trust you with my life, and Benny's, but that's not the point.

Delaney: You try telling him that. You know how stubborn he is?

Delaney: You do?

Dante: Then come home. If not for me, for Benny.

Dante: He must get it from his mother. She's the most stubborn person I've ever met.

Delaney: You know why we can't, though.

Delaney: He did. He's in the process of writing you one, too. He's been working on it for three days but he says it has to be perfect before we can send it.

Dante: You don't trust me?

Dante: Tell him perfection is an illusion. Unless, of course, we're talking about you.

Delaney: If you say so.

Delaney: We're doing alright though. Benny does miss you.

Dante: I do and I know you would too if you gave it a chance.

Delaney: Both.

Delaney: It wouldn't bode well for either of us.

Dante: I don't see how offering support to my favorite little sister and nephew wouldn't bode well.

Delaney: Wordsmithing is a word though, D.

Delaney: I'm sure. I've survived much worse where my little guy is concerned.

Delaney: I don't think that would've been the best idea, though.

Dante: Maybe so, but it's ok not to be every once and a while.

Delaney: Still making up words, I see. I like nugnosaurs best.

Delaney: An hour or two. I'm alright.

Dante: Yeah that's right. Be jealous of my amazing wordsmithing abilities.
