picture this: may 8, 2017, 12:35 a.m. and a 20 year-old is taking advantage of her carrie bradshaw writing burst of energy when she should be getting her 9 hours of beauty sleep. if only carrie could see me now...i'd imagine her reaction would be something like this: 

nevertheless, i just had to write away. now, this is my first blog post in a while so i decided to start fresh. this is a new blog, for a new me...but it's still trying to answer the same old question of, "what am i doing?" as we go through this adventure together, i will be answering that question through every picture, blog, and any other content i can find to (thoughtfully) throw here.

now, i bet you're asking yourself, "why should i be reading this when there are a bunch of 20-something year olds trying to answer the same question about themselves?" well, as of right now, i don't have a clear answer for you, but i hope you'll find my dry humor and above-average photography enough of a reason to stay. (contact me for any content you wanna see, any photos you want me to take, any music you want me to review...i'm open to it all!)

after all of this, i have yet to introduce myself (i'm really sorry if this sounds like an okcupid bio): my name is daniela, i was born in brooklyn and now i live in the bronx. here are a few things i like: bookstores, concerts, sitting with a good book in the park, broad city, frank ocean...and you guessed it: writing.
