Randy turns a bit pinker in shade, “Ahaha, yeah that was me. Sorry to be buggin you all the time.” he smiles so honest it’s like a kid’s. He’s wringing his bottom set of hands and is carrying a backpack that accommodates both sets, what a nerd.
"I haven’t been. I just stick to my schedule and Mike gave me the way so It’s super easy and I never found the time to look." he coughs and peers around, wondering why there aren’t any classrooms in the biology building.
He might’ve been a nerd, but at least he was a cute, earnest sort of nerd. Tilly smiled back at him, all sharp teeth under those disarming doe eyes. “You’re not bugging me.”
It was the truth, he wasn’t setting off any warning bells for creepy behavior. Poor Randy just seemed so nervous. Tilly looked around too when she noticed his eyes wandering, just in case his anxious peering was at anything particularly interesting. “Well…” Nope, nothing interesting. “It’s a horror movie this week, it says on the school website.” Might as well warn him, she reasoned, since he was so nervous.
Randy hates horror movies, they're enough to give him the heebie jeebies even at a PG rating. Any monster worth their mettle should be able to sit through one, so he doesn't dare to reveal his preferences. He gives an audible gulp before realizing he's twiddling his hands a bit much, and stops himself so he can give her a smile.
"Oh right! That's why I came down here, definitely." he puffs out his chest, "I love scary movies." he looks back and forth around the room rather fast, "I'm going to be scary so eh." he chuckles nervously. "Do you know where room 107 is?"
