NOT a fan of the misogyny, racism and transphobia that's pervasive in ex-muslim spaces. miss me with that crap
yes "islamophobia" is still a real thing. some of it overlaps with racism, some of it doesn't, still real either ways
no i don't think religion is a mental illness, or that religious people are all brainless sheep. religion in various forms has always been and will always be a part of humanity. but like any way of living, it should not be immune to criticism — doubly so when it's forced upon others
this blog isn't meant to be educational or a resource. i'm just here to share my own experiences and thoughts. to add to that, this also isn't a site for discourse
i'm fortunate enough to live in a non-muslim country, so my experiences are wildly different from many others'
