Liltotto: You've never gotten through even one exchange without screaming at him.

In most Sternritter, the Vollstandig enhances the effects and abilities of the individual’s Schrift. Since Tite Kubo is a coward who never gave Liltotto an on-screen fight (let alone a Vollstandig fight), her powers were never fully explored. 

Her powers are elaborated on in CFYOW in that not only can she eat pretty much anything, but she can absorb and use the powers of that which she’s eaten (she’s literally a more bloody version of Kirby). Additionally, she’s powerful enough that eating a small amount of hollow flesh, while bad for her, is not fatal. However, these are only her standard abilities. 

Let’s consider Bambietta. Her Vollstandig increases her bomb-making capabilities substantially by allowing her to create an endless blitz of explosive reishi via 26 focal points beneath her wings which is both impressive and terrifying. Similarly, Candice’s Vollstandig affords her up to 6 lightning bolt swords in harmony with the 6 lightning bolts that make up her wings as well as (presumably) amping up her general voltage power. Now: assuming Liltotto acts somewhere within their power range, let’s posit her Vollstandig’s enhancements. 

Kubo seems to like to recycle ideas, and what recycled idea best falls in line with Liltotto? That’s right! Aaroniero Arruerie. 

Now, I’m not saying Liltotto is just a cutie pie Aaroniero ripoff---not at all. Though I’m no expert, Aaroniero absorbs the powers of the souls it consumes, but it appears to need to devour the whole soul in order to do so. By contrast, Liltotto only needs to eat a piece in order to use her opponent’s power and seems to lose the ability once she’s eaten someone else. That being said, it only makes sense that her Vollstandig would allow her to store and use multiple people’s powers.

In addition to increasing her storage capabilities, I think her Vollstandig would aid in her ability to collect powers to store. Her mouth is clearly dangerous, that is true. She and it move fast enough that it’s hard to escape her, but not impossible (just look at Ichigo). Her extendable mouth’s major drawback is how obvious and intimidating it becomes once the Glutton is activated. So how would her Vollstandig help overcome this? By acting as a secondary “mouth”, of course, just like Bambi’s acted as alternate focal points for her bombs. 

Drawing inspiration from Quilge’s Sklaverei technique and Uryu Ishida’s Geldschrank technique (from Hell Verse), I believe Liltotto’s wings, like Quilge’s, would be able to draw out her opponent’s reiatsu and use it to allow her to copy their abilities. However, unlike Quilge, she’d need to create a wound to draw the reiatsu out of like Uryu needed to do with Seele Schnieder in order to use Geldschrank---hence the shape Liltotto’s arrows take on. Rather than having ordinary arrowheads, Liltotto’s Heilig Pfeil have little toothy Pac-Man-esque heads that appear as if they’re meant to bite into their target rather than pierce them. What better way to eat your opponent’s reiatsu from a distance than with your bitey arrows, right?
