hello, people!! i didn’t really think about making an intro post (since i don’t think i did for my other charas, except frankie), but oh well. i wanted to introduce you to my baby, veronica. i think these are just what you need to know about her so far:
→ her dad left her when she was a baby, but came back when she was about fifteen, only to take advantage of her fam.
→ she grew up with two older brothers and a mom, but she’s mainly closest to her second oldest brother because all her mom did was sit around, taking care of herself and her oldest brother just partied.
→ all her life, she’s lived in new orleans because she comes from a poor fam and couldn’t afford to move out.
→ she’s been in relationships before in high school, except they didn’t work for various reasons. such as breaking up without a word, moving away, etc.
→ she’s tried being in relationships again right after her high school years (probably around her sophomore/junior college years), but she’s either been too insecure, pessimistic, or envious, so it doesn’t work out well.
→ speaking of college, she’s taken up veterinary for a while, except that didn’t work out also.
→ wanting to get away from her home life and her memories, she’s decided to leave new orleans and check out some place new. that’s how she ended up in wilmington.
→ she tends to be vicious, ruthless, and rude bc she really doesn’t care about anyone else (except maybe her brothers), so she can be quite an asshole considering no one’s really been there for her and thinks why she should be kind when people weren’t kind to her. i think she can also be pretty pessimistic and insecure very deep down, but she doesn’t really plan on changing anything about herself.
→ also, just for a warning, she can also be violent, but she probably won’t attack unless she’s provoked purposely. she does tend to get angered-easily though and would at most yell at people.
→ i feel like i should add another part of her backstory, but i’ll keep it this way for now until i think of something else.
