If I don’t know a single thing about you why do even little things remind me of you? Stories you’ve told me, memories we’ve shared? You continue to search for more…proving I’m not enough. I guess I’m used to that, the feeling of not being enough but I’m not in the business of convincing you that you’re wrong because I am enough!

Back from the brink… manifesting new feelings, growth, strength in a time when I need it the most! The journey to finding myself continues to breed reflection and forgiveness. I am not alone in my struggles, as the feeling isn’t unique, but I strive to let them affect only me as I work through the world. When therapy thoughts meet a creative outlet….I probably should have reached out to someone real (guess some things always stay the same)

Helping others with everything but suffering without asking other for help is my biggest struggle

Why do I care about not being enough for anyone, whether I value their opinion or not? People pleasing tendencies continue to be a struggle but this is exactly why I made my resolution for this year. I need to relinquish the perceives power I allow others to have over me.

Realizing that healthcare administrator care more about lining their pockets than patients has been the bane of my existence and my career is the field has yet to take off, it’s so discouraging.

If I’m being honest with myself I need to listen to that little voice in my head telling me to listen to my gut when I don’t think someone is being genuine….

There are certain things I wouldn’t trade for anything on this earth and one is long talks with my dad 🩵

I wish I could say that I know how to make decisions that make me happy. Not today…but one day I’ll start choosing myself and my feelings and I can only continue to work for that.
