⤷ Soulaan/Soulaani or "Soula" translates directly to "the people of soul." Soulaans/Soulannis are black people who are descendants of enslaved Africans.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤAll About Soulaan Culture:
Many foods that Soulaans enjoy derive from West Africa. The Soulaan cuisine consist of legumes, rice, beans, leafy greens, and various meats. Some examples included: red beans & rice, fried green tomatoes, gumbo, cornbread jambalaya, collard greens, yams, catfish, fried chicken, black eyed peas, macaroni and cheese, cabbage, candied yams, dirty rice, smothered pork chops/chicken and rice, oxtails, chicken and waffles, okra and tomato stew, fried okra, peach cobbler, red velvet, pound cake, banana pudding,etc.

Hair is very important to Soulaans, our hair is like no other. It grows towards the sun! Of course we take it very seriously! Some Soulaan hairstyles include: goddess braids, box braids, Fulani braids, butterfly locs, soft locs, micro braids, sew-ins, lace fronts, leave outs, knotless, braids, afro, passion twists, goddess locs, cornrows, afro puffs, silk presses, waves, line ups, fades, etc.

Now these are more so closed cultural practices so I won't be expounding. I didn't put Christianity because in my humble opinion I don't believe that the religion that was used to colonize my people should be practiced! Now in your Dr you can do whatever you want, but here we practice our cultural customs!
