“i can keep that promise.” he tells her, his nose scrunching up slightly as she shushes him. “okay, okay. i won’t worry anymore.” locke speaks in a small mumble, looking at the screen at the girl. “we should probably go to sleep,” he suggests, tapping his fingers against his leg. “faster we go to sleep, faster we see each other.”

“we’ll see about that.” she teases and giggles after her words are said. “good. cause you worrying makes me worry, like a hell of a lot more.” she says and crosses her legs into a pretzel like shape in front of her. a small hum escapes her lips as she nods ,”you should probably go to sleep, it’s later where you are than where i am.” she notes with an arch of her brow ,”i have to wait up and get things ready.”

“seriously?? cooties??” she shakes her head, a soft laugh leaving her lips. the female looks at the waitress and tells her what she wants, before looking at alex and looking at him.

“what ?? i’m being honest ! i don’t want your germs.” he says and laughs along with her, running his fingers through his hair, a soft smile placing itself on his lips before he looks at the waitress and orders what he wants, she leaves and he goes back to playfully batting his eyelashes at her.

        “I think it did worse. Wasn’t exactly a hand he was using all the time.” Well, that conversation was taking a turn she didn’t know she’d be speaking about to him. But she was definitely exaggerating about what she likes. Considering she never explored much, so she had no true idea. “I think you’re missing out.” She chuckled, “but man our marriage would suck without it. I’ll have to buy you one of those ring things.” Yep definitely a different conversation. “But enough about that, I think you have enough issues with being drunk than trying to push back imagining that, please. I’ll spare you the horny details.” Crinkling her nose, she leaned forward and sought out the cookies before moving them onto the couch with them, closer in reach since he seemed to be going to town on them from what she’d been hearing. “Chew with your mouth closed, Alex, God what were you raised in a barn?” The brunette let out as he laughed and she diverted from that topic altogether. Part of it seemed rather off to her. “I just said I would support your dreams, silly. Maybe I should make you coffee to calm your inebriated mind.” Smiling at that, she shook her head. “So younger you was a lot less confident, huh?” She asked curiously while reaching down to take his hand and resting against him. “Clearly.” Her summary was quick and to the point, sure there was more to it, but she didn’t want t spoil every single thing if she were being honest. “It really is.” Honestly, it was a feel good movie for her, making her feel comforted and happy just like his fingers in her hair. “Quieting now.” And though she asked him not to fall asleep while watching, she did. Right there in his arms. Nice and cosy.

      he nodded with a small laugh ,”true true. oh god that was scarring.” he says and makes a look of disgust, “the other day i saw like a twelve year old the other ay reading the second book, i think, and i was scarred for the rest of the week.” he says with a small nod, even the thought of it making him cringe and wonder what the hell the world has come too. “we could buy ring pops and call it a day. do it like five year olds used to. since let’s face it we really are two five year olds when we’re around each other.” he says and laughs softly at his statement, he gasps and frowns ,”literally i am chewing with my mouth closed, maybe it’s your super sonic hearing tricking you.“ he teases and fakes a look of hurt before laughing. “probably. i feel like my heart is going a mile a minute.” he teases and rubs his hands over his eyes as he clears his thoughts. he nods at her question and runs a hand through his own hair ,”i was definitely less confident. self esteem issues and all that jazz.” he says, trying to avert that topic completely. he smiles and nods his head, letting him rest it against hers with a small hum. “got it.” he says and her warnings make him open his eyes a little wider and continue to watch it, although he hears her fall asleep not soon after, he tries to stay awake for the rest of the movie but he ultimately fell asleep with his arm around her, just before the movie got to it’s climax. He might’ve been the most comfortable right there then he had been in a while.

         “Please. Maybe you can make one that’s actually good tasting.” Laying her head on her shoulder, she chuckled, nodding. “I think child you should be just proud of who you are, muscly or not. Especially since you have a hot best friend.” Couldn’t give him too many compliments without teasing. Humming and smiling fondly as he played with her hair, her head tilted up. “Maybe that’s why we’re best friends. We fit perfectly.” Her lips twitched momentarily at his giggle and she paused before answering. “Well, Robbie, meets Julia here, at this after party for a wedding, seeing as he’s the singer and she’s helping with catering. But the next day he’s supposed to be married. And they’re just friends from that. But… then Robbie’s fiancee leaves him at the altar. And his view of love bottoms out, and he starts sinking. Meanwhile he grows closer to Julia, and helps her plan for her wedding to this douchecanoe, Glenn. However, the whole time they’re falling in love. And they don’t realize it til it gets too late. And Julia and Glenn are about to be married, but Robbie stops it. Because he wants to grow old with her. It’s sweet.” She smiled softly. “But it’s not a rom com, I promise. Love just happens to be a part of it. It’s just a fuller comedy. I think you’ll like it,” Mallory added while nuzzling into his neck and nudging it gently. “Try not to fall asleep.”

       “but that series made it super hyper sexual to a bunch of fifteen to fifty year olds.” he says and raises his eyebrows at the thought, gage had read it as a joke and they both laughed at it, of course when the movie came out it only made the two laugh even more. it was completely weird to him, honestly. “i think i know you pretty well, but definitely don’t know the kinky sexual mallory and i’ll pass on that.” he teases with a small laugh, drunken mind making his thoughts race and start to try and think of something else, so he thinks about puppies and how good the goddamn cookies are. “totally silly, ridiculous.” he teases her before laughing softly, he wasn’t going to think about this right now. he would say something stupid in his drunken state so he just takes another cookie and eats it slowly. he pouts and sighs ,”honestly like i thought you were supposed to be my best friend. why don’t you support me?” he says, feigning a tone of offense. he rolls his eyes and bumps his head against hers ,”younger me would probably be proud i even said more than one word to you.” he says with a small laugh and a shake of his head. he shrugs his shoulders with a small laugh ,”probably. we probably were made to be each others friends honestly.” alex says and starts to listen to her describe the movie. “sounds like a pretty cool movie.” he admits with a small nod, slowly carding his fingers through her hair as he looks at the tv screen.”got it. alright let’s watch get to watching!” he says with a little too much excitement and he starts to laugh. “i won’t i promise.”

“She’s my friend,” Kyle shrugged and smiled. “I kiss my friends sometimes.”

       “Oh well yeah that definitely explains it. I’m sorry I tend to jump to conclusions a whole lot.

It alarms me how readily young RPers lie about their age. Don’t they care at all about the safety of their fellow role players? This kind of lying isn’t a game; if you’re not 18, don’t pretend to be.
