Ego doesnât operate from worth, it operates from insecurity. And thatâs why a person with an ego tends to settles for less
When youâre driven by ego, youâre not choosing from a place of alignment youâre choosing from a place of proving things. Your ego says âLook at me. Look what I can get. Look what I can keep.â It confuses attention for value & appearances for substance
Thatâs how you end up settling
Settling for relationships that donât actually fulfill you, just because they look good from the outside
Settling for jobs that drain you, just so you can have the title
Settling for friendships that donât support you, just to avoid being alone
Ego is loud, but itâs fragile. It constantly needs to be fed by validation, which means youâll cling to what looks impressive even if itâs hollow
A person who knows their worth doesnât have anything to prove. They donât need to settle, because their choices arenât about appearance or validation, theyâre about truth. Worth chooses alignment. Ego chooses image
So yes, people with big egos often settle for less. Not because they donât want more, but because they mistake proof for peace. And it can feel like peace when youâre being validated, admired, or winning the appearance game. But peace only comes from choosing whatâs real
Rejection triggers obsession because your brain interprets it as pain and tries to solve it by chasing the very person who caused it mistaking their approval as the cure for the wound

MAKING THE BEST OF AN EARLY MORNING
Waking up early can be so beneficial too your daily routine. Sometimes, when we wake up early we aren't sure what exactly to do with all of the time we have on our hands.
BENEFITS OF WAKING UP EARLY Getting an early start to the day can do so many things to improve your routine. Rising early allows you to make the most of your day and feel a sense of accomplishment before bedtime.
HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY: TIPS
Get enough sleep- Making sure you're getting at least 8 hours of quality sleep will ensure you are well rested so your will be ready to rise early.
Just get up- This may be harder than it sounds but just get up. Not thinking about and immediately sitting up once your alarm goes off with help you not feel so drowsy.
LIGHT!- Right when your alarm goes off, open your blinds or turn on a light in your room so your eyes can adjust and help you feel awake.
Different clothes in the morning- After you do your morning skincare, shower, etc. make sure you change into some clothes so you don't feel like you are about to go back to sleep. I know everyone can't do this but this is scientifically proven to help.
Alarms- This one may be controversial but don't set several alarms, this is to make sure you don't automatically go back to sleep since you know you'll have another alarm go off soon.
Water- Immediately when you get up, drink some water, it will help you wake up. I prefer to have a water next to my bed so I can have easy access to my water bottle.

⢠Be optimistic, positive, and grateful. Gratitude and positivity are such good traits to have, having them, and expressing them will make you happier and more confident.
â˘Stop comparing yourself to others! Instead of being envious of another personâs success, learn from them and their success. Comparison is the thief of joy. Focus on your strengths, learn to compete with yourself rather than other others, celebrate othersâ victories, and practice gratitude.
⢠Good posture. It is scientifically proven that having good posture will make a person feel more powerful, calm, and confident.
â˘Eye contact. I donât think I need to explain this one too much. Eye contact is extremely powerful. Practicing eye contact in conversations will help you feel more confident, simple as that.
â˘Speak slowly and thoughtfully. This is actually something I am currently working on. Be mindful of what you are saying, and speak calmly. Donât worry about needing to rush and spit out your words.
â˘Embrace and accept yourself. Many people think confidence is about changing everything about yourself until you finally like yourself. NO. Confidence is about loving and trusting yourself, realizing that you are enough.
Practice self love!!! Drink some water!!! Compliment yourself!!!
