I bet that autopsy was nice and gooey. Decomposition of a man after dying and being left in summer heat conditions for 1 week. That BLOAT though. Note the deformed facial features and bloody fluid called “purge fluid” coming out of the nose and mouth. And of course the bloat in the stomach and testicles.

This is what happens when you kill yourself by drinking sulfuric acid. This burn is coming from the inside of his body! The acid most likely ate away at his stomach and spilled out into the rest of his bodies abdominal and thoracic cavity. He was also probably found face down, considering the burns are on the front of his body as if the acid pooled there and settled, rather than if he was found face up, where the burns would be seen on his back. Cool shit 😎

Petechiae on the eye of a strangulation victim.

Petechia is a small (1 - 2 mm) red or purple spot on the body, caused by a minor hemorrhage (broken capillary blood vessels).

The most common cause of petechiae is through physical trauma such as a hard bout of coughing, vomiting or crying, which can result in facial petechiae, especially around the eyes. Petechiae in this instance are harmless and usually disappear within a few days.

Once I got a stomach bug and throwing up made me get really bad facial petechiae. It looks like an allergic reaction or like chicken pox all over your face, especially around the temples and cheeks. But sure enough it went away within two or three days.

This is an example of tardieu spots, which are another sign of asphyxiation. Aka subpleural or subpericardial petechiae!
