DENVER – An armed security guard hired a television news
crew to protest against the weekend and shot a guard as
he reached into h isshirt, causing the guard to fear
hissafety, a lawyer said. Represented the guard’s family.The
security guard, Matthew Dolloff, is in jail for
investigatingfirst-degree murder after a Saturday afternoon
as protesters lefta park at the end of the competitionof left
and right-wing demonstrations.Images from the shooting
scene of The Denver Post, 30-year-old Dolloff,placed his
body between the protesters and the KUSA-TV reporter
whom Dolloff was workingto save, lawyer Doug Richards
said on Monday.He was doing what he was supposed to
be doing there Richards saidadding that the shooting was

commentsAuthorities identified the victim as Lee Keltner,
49, late Mondayevening. His son told The Denver Post that
he was a veteran of the USNavy who operated a hat-
making business in the Denver area Police have said two
guns and a mace have been found near theprotests labeled
by organizers as“Patriot Muster” and BLM-Antifa Soup
Drive.Denver Police spokesman Jay Casillas said Monday
that officersrefused to provide surveillance video that he
said he encountered inthe confrontation, not providing
