Hi! Iโm having trouble conjugating verbs from the dictionary ๋ค form to he present tense (์ form) and Iโm not sure if you have any posts that cover that or know of any other websites/ references that would help! Thank you!
Most of the time, you can change the ๋ค to ๊ณ and add ์์ด์!
For example,
ํ๋ค (to do) โ ํ๊ณ ์์ด์ (doing it)
๊ฐ๋ค (to go) โ ๊ฐ๊ณ ์์ด์ (going)
๋ฌ๋ฆฌ๋ค (to run) โ ๋ฌ๋ฆฌ๊ณ ์์ด์ (running)
The more common way to conjugate the dictionary form to the present tense with honorifics (์ form) is to change it first to present tense then add ์ to turn it into honorifics!
ํ๋ค (to do) โ ํด (do it) โ ํด์ (do it [honorifics])
๊ฐ๋ค (to go) โ ๊ฐ (go) โ ๊ฐ์ (go [honorifics])
๋ฌ๋ฆฌ๋ค (to run) โ ๋ฌ๋ ค (run)โ ๋ฌ๋ ค์ (run [honorifics])
