  "I could do a few things that would distract you, but as far as interesting stories go I don’t have any. Everyone is just hoping to hear that they’ll meet their perfect match. That their worst enemy is going to grow painful boils that ooze and puss. I did get one woman last week though, who asked me if I could tell her whether or not she would get away with killing her sister and taking her identity."

At Thea's comment she begged herself not to blush and think about the various ways the Swede definitely could distract her; instead she listened, and found herself laughing almost immediately. "And? Did she?"

Another pause, as she considered the implications. “You’ll have to be patient. It’s not like I can go out and actively track it down, and I don’t know how long it will take for a seller to appear on the market, if at all.”

"I understand. I forgot how much I like doing business with you."

  "Lucky me indeed."

She wanted to say something along the lines of 'something that would make running into you less painful and more hilarious' but she had put a lid on the word vomit some time ago now. "Interesting, as in, would distract me from the pile of work waiting in my flat."

"Your father is also dead." She paused. "Curses aren’t easy to find. They’re temperamental things, too. There haven’t been many whispers I’ve been given about you Armstrong lot, so I couldn’t keep you from turning me in the moment I handed it to you. What am I to gain from doing business with you?"

Dahlia waited until she was done to speak up. "My father was just shy of seventy before he 'died', leaving my siblings and I sole heirs to a fortune that would make the Malfoy's look like pocket money, which is enough of a mystery in itself. We've been friends for longer than I care to remember. Aside from that, Charlotte, I'm an Unspeakable. You cannot begin to fathom what you can gain from someone like me."

"And my birthday has finally arrived! Drink up bitches!"

  "Yeah," she replied with a fond look in her eyes, "I do know you. You’re a workaholic and it takes about six drinks to get you to be any fun."

"Lucky for you, this is drink number five."

  "Who said I was talking about with you? That’s very egocentric of you."

  "Don’t worry, I’m used to being a mistake or being part of one at least."

"I didn't mean it like that, Thea--"

  "I’m not sure if I should be offended by that or not. I’m a one of a kind." She mumbled sarcastically.

"I’ll think about it quite possibly."

"Amalthea, I-- sorry, I thought you were someone else."
