Me: Are we staying up tonight?

Daddy: Do you want to?

Me: I asked you. You fell asleep last night when we were gonna stay up.

Daddy: I can stay up!

Me: Okay…

Daddy: *falls asleep a bit later in the middle of a conversation*

Me: *giggles and curls up in my bed* I knew it!

Me: *curls up next to Daddy on the sofa and closes eyes*

Daddy: “Looks like somebody needs some sleepy time?”

Me: *mumbling* “Nuhhh dada. I am totally awake. I wanna keep watching TV wif you!”

Daddy: “But Baby, look how tired you are. You have to sleep. Mr. Sweetiebun and Lulu are waiting for you and see..even Sir Playalot looks very tired.” *Points at him in my arms"

Me: “I don’t wanna sleep!” *lays head on daddys leg*

Daddy: “Princess, I’ll bring you to the bedroom and then I’ll get you some milky in your favourite baba and I’ll read you bedtime story.” *Picks me up and lays me on the bed and throws blankie over me*

Daddy: “I’ll be back in a minute, baby.” *Leaves room*

Me: *falling asleep*

Me,5 minutes later:

Remember to have breakfast

Remember to have lunch

Remember to have dinner

Remember to drink water

Remember to take your meds

Remember to take a shower/bath

Remember to brush your teeth

Daddy: *looking stumped* “Words, baby.”

Me: *frustrated and feeling too little to talk* “Song!”

Daddy: *looking at his huge playlist* “Which one, baby?”
