Many of you may of heard that all NSFW tags are being censored and blocked on Tumblr recently. Many large NSFW blogs have also been taken down simply due to their pornographic content.

For many people on the mobile app, when you search NSFW tags or blogs it will act like safe mode is turned on whether you have it on or not. This is unfair censorship.

Tumblr claims they are doing this due to problems they’re having with child pornography and large pornographic bot accounts. This does not justify their actions at all. @staff you need to fix this.

Many people use Tumblr to make money as sex workers and get their blogs to hundreds of thousands of followers. It takes a lot of work and it’s bullshit that I could wake up tomorrow, and all of my blog, content, and it’s 27,460 followers could be GONE.

As a safety net for this, I’m posting my twitter where I plan to start posting some of the same content if the account on their gains some attention. I make the money I need to get by while I go to school through sex work. I do not deserve to be censored due to the LAZINESS of the Tumblr @staff

Please, reblog this for both awareness of this scary issue and to help me get a decent start on another platform incase @staff purges my blog too. I don’t want to lose all the progress I’ve made.
