✨My BPD is Chronic But This Ass Is ICONIC✨

Been using the How We Feel app lately. One of my goals is to thoroughly process my emotions before being reactive. Having BPD means we have BIG emotions and there’s so many factors involved with having emotions like that. Understanding my emotions and why I’m having them and being able to actually see the feelings and thoughts I’m having inside in 3D has been immensely beneficial to me and my goal. I hope this post helps someone that is in the space of taking control of their emotions and doesn’t know where to start. Remission is possible you just have to want it and be willing to do the work 🤞🏽❤️
