I say the "d" sound like ur sounding out the word "dog" (so "duh" not "dee") and then say "three" and then say the "r" like ur sound out "record" (like "er")
"duhthreeir" or "d3r" and then I pronounce "lord3" as "lord-three"
So d3rlord3 is actually "D'three-ir LordThree"
I don't know why I do this, I did this with the abbreviation "Si" for Simon when I was in my cod phase. it's not pronounced "sigh" it's pronounced "Essie" (s - i = ess - eye)
Anyway, that's my headcanon of how u pronounce this fool's name.
