ok how tf do you alter the algorithm in the fastest way possible bc nothing on my explore page is working and IM IN A PRISON HERE

may or may not have been dumped from an almost 3 year relationship and i simply do not know how to cope with day to day life

i’m currently at the gym and i’m feeling every exercise in the wrong muscles and i genuinely do not know how to fix it (my form is improper and i cannot change it for the life of me help)
