i’m currently at the gym and i’m feeling every exercise in the wrong muscles and i genuinely do not know how to fix it (my form is improper and i cannot change it for the life of me help)
please, please, please put the weights back after you're done. especially plates. not everyone is as strong as you, and we still want to use the machines without being injured while re-racking YOUR weights.
