Does anyone have an suggestions on how to remember to shower and eat and take meds? :/ i always forgot and usually don't see a point to it, like oh if i dont do this there'll be consequences if that makes sense? ;-;

Reminder that you do not have to be "clean and pure" to regress or be a valid regressor/dreamer! You can curse, watch scary or "adult" movies, smoke (which I do not recommend in general but no one is a bad person for doing such!), be bratty/grumpy, talk normally, not like toys or pink cutesy colors/things, etc. Your regression is yours!
