Had this guy for quite a while, been trying to make a ref but nothing seemed to look right. Still a bit wonky, but acceptable for now!

Charlie is an officer serving under the infamous “Captain Sweeper.” (A friend’s version of the Captain from MS+) He is highly intelligent and assists with sweeping mines. Off the clock, Charlie is very friendly, chipper, and quite honestly, kind of stupid.
Charlie & Cap’n became very close and eventually got married. They ended up working together after that. Charlie is far more affectionate and lovey, though Captain has his own ways of showing Charlie he cares.
During a mission, they were attacked by The Admiral (9) in which Captain lost an arm and leg, and Charlie ended up losing his arm. Captain ended up giving Officer a prosthetic arm, which he almost always wears unless showering or sleeping. At first he wore gloves to hide it. Nowadays he doesn’t seem to care as much.
Captain & Officer both learned the hard way that Officer is allergic to cannabis

Connections:
Captain Sweeper - Spouse! Often either drinking or smoking, Captain isn’t very good at the whole “Captain” part. He is however, very good at sweeping mines. Officer cares for him deeply, and even went on a hunt for the Admiral after Captain’s death, leading to his own demise.
The Admiral - a sea beast behind the appearances of the mines. Though Admiral can have a smaller, more pleasing form, he prefers the larger form, even for casual chatter. Admiral is the one behind the death of Officer and partially the cause of Cap’n’s death (with the help of 10.)
