"Cam is a lesser known recurring character, he was initially revealed in a possibly banned episode. Supposedly he had a much darker debut implying an abusive household with no biological relation to Eddie, but due to found notes of parent complaints it's assumed that the actual origin was retconned. His specific age is never stated but he's implied to be a teen or very young adult."

"He's supposed to be eddie's nephew but most stuff that featured them both shows them in a more parent child dynamic with some cases of Eddie referring to him as his son. This may be because Cam's parents are never shown on screen and only mentioned to exist, likely to keep the running joke of Eddie's home town being a mystery, so some writers and publishers of the books may have mistaken them for father and son"
