I've been working on simplifing my art style, this is one of the test run, this is actually the frist test run im happy w but if anyone got some tip it, would be appreciated

The process was quite different than my usual, I inked it by hand and use real pastels for texture, scanned everything and colored it digitally.

So Headcanons:

I hc him looking very similar to a younger Bruce, like most of his kids.

His hair is slicked back and held by gel, like a lot of gymnast

I know that he is Romani but what most people neglect is that he is only a 1/4 Romani, thats why i kept his Romani features low here, I also want him to look like Jason and Tim to the point they can be mistaken for eachother. I do hc him tanning really easily tho, in gotham it would be basically impossible to get a tan due to the ever cloudy weather but once he moves out he would pretty much immediately get darker. Also as a bonus it helps ppl not make the connection between Robin and nightwing.

I hate drawing hats, this will be as good as it gets.

Hello, this is my take on Scarecrow from the Absolute universe, at the time im writing this, only his design was unveiled and we haven't actually seen him do anything but im calling it: its gonna be peak horror. Im kinda hoping that the crow pictured will end up being his little buddies and wont die a horrible death.

I could've given him normal teeth, but like, isnt it more fun that way?
