im really unhappy with the butterfly bit esp,,and the skirt. i had no idea how to go about that so i just didnt?? and i think i hjust really have trouble with committing to my vision if thngs get too hard. i just expect the post editing to carry me hehehe

here is theee real life struggle speedpaint: (i edit the colors in post bc my tablet makes things more vibrant, i usually dont draft/sketch inclass but i had spare time so the sketch bit couldnt be captured hehe)

i wanted to put like rhythm in my work which is why you get like that curevd line of just her body across the whole piece,, and movement and just also i was like man i dnt really use these colors often lest throw them in ther.e

this is a lighting and composition practice, also for colors and actually making nice backgruonds and adding detail... and also spamming every texture on the planet

theres the sense of flow w the hair,, general framing w the lighting and bright whites, high contrat (black) w the violin and then desaturated colors all over. I KNOW ITS PROABALBY NOT PROPORTIONAL BUT ITS OK BC I PLA Y VIOLIN

but im framing the subject with the bright whies and guiding the eyes with the direction of teh hair, and placement of bright white as well as using light to highlight the subject which is why i wsa yapping about lighting (back to the whites is three main subjects to surround it -> bow, plants, and funny circle thing that looked cool asf) and then my signatuer but thats easier to ignore

i just wanted to do something with like based around an item (violin!!!!!!!) and also like two characters but they're the sam eguy just one is in the background, bc i saw lk e a piece abt aa guys inside aum. picky uppy machine?? grabbing machine... claw game thing i had to look that up so i wanted to do a guy inside a thingso here is said guy inside said thing

i was rly inspired by the seeason 2? ending animation w the funny effects and stuff but this became less stylistic as i worked on it and th e rough effects did not work w me
