How frequently do you all train them? I usually dedicate 1 day to abs, and at times, will get a second session in during the week. Abs are revealed in the kitchen. Very true! But is it important to train abs? YES! You need a strong core for support, balance, prevention of injury... etc etc. You will strengthen your core when lifting, thus making it unnecessary to train abs too frequently. That is what I love about lifting weights. I used to do quite a bit more cardio and train abs almost daily and that was completely unnecessary. Not only did I not have the same results, aesthetically, but I probably was overtraining them. So friends, ask yourselves, are you training smart? Yes! Train hard! But most importantly, train smart! 💕 - 1. Med ball twists (keep movement small to moderate and contract your abs throughout) 2. Reverse crunches off the bench (make sure your back isn't overarched and maintain contact with bench when lowering) 3. Hello dollies off bench to straight leg reverse crunch 4. V-ups med ball to feet 5. Med ball alternating side around the world 6. Med ball alternating knees to chest & leg raises - Remember, mind-muscle connection 🧠 +💪🏼.
