that scene with the guard breaking into that twiggy little murderer guy's home 💀 like just the pure concentrated dumbassery and unstable himbo energy that radiated off those boys back when they were just well-meaning jocks and bodyguards and not brainwashed goons for campbell.... some of the best tv i'd seen in a while, it was ahead of the curve. moments like that reassured me that i would gel with this shows' sense of humor... and i was so right, the rest of the season's light-hearted moments were done so well that's partly why i think i liked it so much ya know... like the writers actually understood what teens found funny and set up punchlines in a smart way. unlike. some other shows cough riverdale

i'm super picky about media so i don't really have too many things that bring me joy the way the society did. ig i can't say i'm surprised this show was cancelled since netflix ALWAYS cancels all the shows i love. the get down, one day at a time, american vandal, etc. but it's still just really awful news during a year that's already really awful.
