okay please reblog this if you are happy to write lengthy threads with long, complicated plots and multiple non-player characters, whilst driving the plot forward on a mutually-responsible, mutually-beneficial basis, sometimes winged and sometimes not, using the “yes and” technique to build a story 

Anna closed her eyes as Elijah’s lips met hers, the sudden thrill of doing something forbidden in such a public place causing her heart to pick up a beat. She wrapped her arms around the man’s neck in an attempt to pull him closer but before she had a chance to they were pulled apart by the sound of footsteps coming their way. Anna turned her back to whomever was coming by, a blush gracing her cheeks as she realised how close to being discovered they were. She glared at Eli playfully before chuckling at the wink he sent her “I would love that.” The brunette replied in a low, sultry tone of voice “But I guess you’re not up for such a challenge, are you?”

     With the thick girth of his arms crossed one over the other, he casts his ashen gaze off to the side. In a hasty attempt to keep some anonymity & a ‘refined’ nature, amongst other things the duo had agreed to keep their arrangement -- what were they? -- on the low. However almost every time he looked at her he knew it wouldn’t be easy. Elijah never had a strong sense of self restraint, the trait made up a colossal part of who the boy was. He was unyielding to every rule he stumbled across, always made it a part of his reasoning to bend past them any way he could -- but then there was her. Her inviting words pull him back into reality, a smirk forms. “That a challenge, baby?” With no echo in the halls to darts foreword and pulls her closer, snaking his arms around her lower back. Elijah presses another warm kiss to her mouth & against her lips whispered, “You know I always am.”

Anna gasped in surprise as Eli brought her closer though she could not help herself as she relaxed in his arms, loving the way he enveloped her in warmth and his intoxicating scent “Prove it?” The brunette asked, a small smirk appearing on her lips before she chuckled adn tilted her head to the side “Should I kiss you until you can’t breathe?” She asked, the tip of her nose running against his jaw “Maybe pull you into one of the empty rooms for something naughty?”

     A smirk dances on the corner of his lips, anhydrous lips pulling back to reveal hungry canines. Every inch of him desires to pull her close, tightly, feverishly -- Elijah’s lack of self-restraint would always be his Achilles heel. Instead of holding back, he presses his lips to hers roughly, thick hands knotting into the back of her shirt. The footsteps coming from the hallway corner cut their embrace short. Within seconds he’s pulled away and pretends to look at his phone, fixated. Eljah puts on a good act. As the stranger walks by the duo, he looks up and flashes Anna a wink, his voice drops to a whisper, “You’d like that, wouldn’t you?”
