Day three and four on my journey to STARDOM!!

AHHHHHHHHH I FORGOT TO POST YESTERDAY

I FORGOT EXACTLY WHAT I DID YESTERDAY BUT I STARTED INCLUDING OTHER EXERCISES IN MY ROUTINE!!!

i did a longer run today as well to help push myself!!! Especially since i was seeing real progress in myself!!

while most of the progress was more aimed towards mental health i still consider it major steps forward!!

i suppose today’s encouragement is to know that even if it seems small, or if its “just” mentally, its still progress and should be celebrated!!

DONT FORGET TO DRINK WATER MY AMAZING AUDIENCE!!!

Day two on my journey to STARDOM!!!

went on another run!!! Make sure to stretch everyone!! It feels amazing AND it’s great for muscle recovery!!

do NOT make the mistake i did a bit ago and not stretchhh it huurrttsss

But nothing a STAR can’t deal with!! However it’s still good to take care of yourself!!! It’ll be harder to smile otherwise and no one wants that!!
