Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it.

Today when my current colleague asked me to refer any of my friends from past working places for an opening, I felt a pang. I realised I don't have any friends from any past projects with whom I still have contact.

Keep your mind busy with contribute constructively to your mental health. Keep positive things in life and let go of negative memories. Mental health is most important.

It is okay to be selfish about yourself sometimes. If we dont give priority to ourself, no one is going to come and do it for us. Everyone stand by their version and we also need to make our own stand.

Even if people have our best interest at their heart, its not a requirement to put up with them.. even love can become toxic if there is no limit, even if its our parents.

True friends might be seperated by distance, but never seperated by hearts

Death is supposed to be hard and scary, but in real, Life is hard.
