ive had thoughts about a niche cross over of rivers of london / slow horses cross over before (and even started writing one back in 2022) but torchwood / slow horses cross over. torchwood being everything river envisioned being a spy would be and wanting in only to fail spectacularly — but that’s okay that’s allowed here; louisa and ianto (and standish) getting on as being the only competent members; shirley and coe being allowed to smash shit up more than usual; lamb hating jack bcs he’s pretty sure they might have had a homoerotic encounter back when lamb was still at the park, and for some reason the captain is still flirting with him??
