Now quick background for those who dont know me: i have been in and out of forced inpatient treatment for the past 8 years getting naso-grastric tube feeds to restore nutrition to my body. A few years ago i lost the ability to walk due to my functional neurological disorder and gained a heavy amount of weight leaving me @ 120kg 😭
Despite that ive come down from 120 and am now 71kg. Im hoping to kick ass and get into the 60’s ASAP.
