i have THE biggest love~hate relationship with french as a subject, i was actually quite obsessed with the language before this academic year because now i have picked it for gcse and the honeymoon phase is over...and theres no backing out??

i spend my lessons either getting relentlessly bullied by my teacher that has a fake french accent or watching black and white existential film from after ww1 when they cant be bothered to plan the lesson.

still think french sounds super cool and cultures great and all but...someone please save me because if i get bullied ONE MORE TIME for PRONOUNCING WORDS ON THE PAGE (why are u there if you literally add nothing to the word but confusion???) mind you i was RAISED IN ENGLAND so ofc ill have an english accent..crimes will be commited (jk but seriously TT)

ive turned 15 and finally gotten over my inexplicable fear of people knowing/realising my bday. this year i actually accepted gifts and let people celebrate my existence because sometimes it is really nice for someone to just appreciate u !!

i have complained multiple times about school on here but recently ive been subjected to the most horrific week of my entire life.....i had mocks...

for my american audience, mocks are basically a torture device used here in the uk to make a mockery of u, where a week of exams are made to happen and immense pressure is applied because "these are the easiest exams ur going to have"......no

nevertheless, i survived and i think i feel like myself again.
