Other people may seem more active or more quirky or more sexy, but you’re the one they can’t beat. You’re possessed of total authority, the ability to take over situations that are not yours to dominate, and you tend to come out the other side with a certain flourish and the admiration of everyone you did not manage to offend along the way. This is your strength, and it means that you can drag people along in your wake, as convinced as you are that important things are happening that need to be immediately addressed. Of course, this can cause problems if you’ve got hold of the wrong end of the stick, so it’s as well that you’re the kind of person to think twice and double check your assumptions before you finally decide what to do. Just be aware that every leader has to carry the responsibility for the actions of their followers, and maybe try not to set the bar so high that anyone will hurt themselves trying to clear it.
