The same Clarke who, in season one, proved that she has very proficient medical skills by performing that surgery, knew that where Lexa had been shot was fatal and she would bleed out before she could stop it and there was nothing she could fucking do except make her feel comfortable and loved in her last moments and that, my friends, is a very shitty and unnecessary plot point
