Hello, I am responding to your article on discrimination at larp. The lorien trust in particular. I went to LT for more than 12 years. I am Muslim, of Arabic ethnicity. I found that I was discriminated against ooc on an event by event basis, bears faction included. Words like Rag h**d and sand ni**er were used. I wish to remain anonymous. I brought my Jamaican friend, he wanted to pay on the gate but went home early as he was subject to the 'n' word. I was wondering if this had changed?

I’m really sorry that you were subjected to this, this behaviour is in no way acceptable in any hobby, including LARP and LT. From what i know of the bear’s faction we’re a very accepting and welcoming faction and any discrimination you faced would have been taken very seriously by our fantastic NPC and DPC team and i’m sure they would give you all the support you want and need. Please do come back to LT we have a much stronger player support base in recent years and better safeguards for players
