From the moment Lucas had met Gabrielle, he knew there was definitely something in her not everyone had. The boy had surrounded himself with tons of people ever since he could remember, he truly loved being around them and getting to know everyone in his classes. He tried his best to be the nicest he could to everyone he met but somehow ended up feeling like most of his friends were not completely trust-worthy. But then he met her. Even though the timing wasn’t exactly how he always imagined it to be, Lucas always imagined a future with her in it. Somehow, he managed to ask her out and instantly knew it was something he would never regret having the courage to do, even if it meant him actually being nervous when asking out a girl for the first time.

Lucas looked at her with a lovingly smile, his head all over the place with Gabrielle in it. He chuckled at her joke and placed his hand lightly around her waist. “You don’t know a thing! I have it all planned.” He shook his head laughing. “And it will remain like this for the rest of the night. I know you’ll love it.” The boy spoke slowly as he glanced to catch a look of her. “You surely make me act stupid, I just lost my train of thought because of you.”

Smiling, Gabrielle rested her head on Lucas, starting to walk at the same pace as him. Hearing his comment she looked up at him chuckling, “Babe, you do realize I’m probably one of the most curious girl you will ever meet? It’s gonna kill me to not know what you have planned.” Gab shook her head before continuing, “but hey, If you say I’ll love it I’m sure I will, I just hope you know I have high expectations for this date Mister.” She said with her voice kind of trailing off at the end as the redhead began thinking of something else. She actually did have high expectations for this date. It was a date she used to think about when they were sophomores but never actually told anyone, afraid they would make a joke out of her having a school crush. It was weird how much she had changed since then, how by now it didn’t matter what people thought of her but the thing that never changed were her feelings towards Lucas.

With just hearing what Lucas had to say, she couldn’t help but smile to herself at even at the thought of that happening. “You don’t act stupid, it’s cute.” Gabrielle said looking up at him before continuing, “plus I hope this won’t become a problem later on, ‘cause you’re stuck with me for a while longer.” The redhead chuckled at her own comment before reaching Lucas’ car so they could head god knows where.
